Make progress document by document
1. Specify your procedure: naturalisation by decree (naturalisation par décret) or declaration through marriage (déclaration de nationalité par mariage). 2. Provide relevant information about your situation. 3. Find a document list adapted to the information known. 4. Upload documents in your account area on the website. 5. See documents received, those missing and points to check.
Checks concern, among other things, whether documents are present and readable, dates and expected information. You know why a document needs completing or reviewing.
Your application remains yours
Find your documents organised and prepare them for submission. A document you cannot obtain is flagged: no information is invented to replace it.
Checks do not certify a document's authenticity or legal validity. Additional documents may be requested. Review your application and submit it yourself following the official procedure for your application.
After submission, record stages and requests received. Marianne does not have access to the authorities' internal file.

Your access
99 € including tax, until the decision on your application, 24 months maximum. Questions about the purchased subject have 24 months of access according to the catalogue.
The offer does not include civic, French or interview practice, or a review by a person. The Citizenship Pack (Pack Nationalité) at 149 € adds the three practice offers; an active application purchase paid at 99 € may be deducted, leaving 50 € to pay.

Upload sensitive documents in your account area on the website. Appointments with a person, when included, are booked in the available time slots.
Satisfied or refunded within 14 days
You have 14 days from your order to request a refund. You do not need to wait for an exam result or an administrative decision.
Use “Cancel the contract here” or email contact@monassistantsejour.fr with your order details. The terms of sale explain the arrangements and your rights. This guarantee does not limit any longer statutory right.
Your questions
Are marriage applications included?
Yes. The process distinguishes declaration through marriage from naturalisation by decree.
Do you submit for me?
No. Review your documents and submit them to the authorities yourself.
Can I send sensitive documents on WhatsApp?
Upload them in your account area on the website. Do not share your passwords or access codes.
Will the application definitely be accepted?
No. Our checks help you prepare it; they do not guarantee admissibility or the decision.

Separate fees and scope of the service
Official fees paid to the State are additional to our price, when applicable. Exam registrations, translations and other third-party fees are also separate. Their amounts depend on your procedure and situation.
Mon Assistant Séjour: a private service, not affiliated with the State. The authorities decide on your application; examination centres assess the official exams. Our support does not guarantee any outcome.
