You also have two 30-minute video appointments with an expert. They are used to review the documents and prepare for the interview. You benefit from a human review of the document list.

On WhatsApp or on the website, depending on your day
You use WhatsApp if you already have it on your phone. No Marianne application to install. A session on the metro, revision during a break, or the website to work on a large screen: choose what suits you, with an internet connection.
Sensitive documents are uploaded to your account on the website. Human appointments, when included, are booked from the available slots.
Satisfied or your money back for 14 days
You have 14 days from your order to request a refund. You do not need to wait for an exam result or an administrative decision.

Who supports me by video?
An administrative expert from our team, with several years of experience in nationality and residence permit (titre de séjour) applications. They help you organise the documents and prepare yourself. They are not a lawyer: if legal analysis is necessary, you will be referred to a partner lawyer.
Can I call the expert whenever I want?
You book the two appointments from the available slots. The offer does not include a telephone helpline.
Does the human review guarantee my application?
No. It concerns the document list and your preparation. The administration may request additional documents and makes the decision alone.
Can I choose this offer after the digital pack?
Yes. An active pack purchase may be deducted to calculate the remaining amount before payment.
