Each new expert goes through the same steps before their first appointment with you:

Their answers are assessed using a precise framework. 3. A trial appointment: a 30-minute session in real conditions. We check that they explain clearly, listen and understand the limits of their role. 4. A written commitment: confidentiality of your information, protection of your data, no conflicts of interest. 5. Ongoing monitoring: their first appointments are reviewed. Afterwards, your feedback and regular reviews monitor quality. They receive training whenever a rule changes.
An expert who does not pass a step does not receive appointments.

Our experts provide administrative assistance: preparing, checking and explaining. They do not replace a lawyer, and appointments are not legal consultations.

Why do you not display the experts’ names?
Our experts work for Mon Assistant Séjour, under our responsibility. Our service is the one that commits to you, with the same rules for every expert.
Can an expert refuse to help me?
If your situation falls outside our administrative assistance, the expert will tell you and direct you accordingly. For a situation requiring a lawyer, you will be directed to a partner lawyer.
