What the Pass includes
20 € including tax for seven days of access to the Questions module. This purchase does not renew automatically.
The Pass does not include application preparation or checking, practice, administrative submission or an appointment with a person. To prepare a complete renewal, the 69 € package already includes Questions about the procedure for six months.
Main citizenship offers also include the Questions module for their specified periods. The two residence-related civic options do not include it. Check your access before buying a Pass.
Check the scope before paying
The Pass can explain general information on a first permit (titre de séjour) application; it does not prepare that application.
It does not cover asylum, regularisation (régularisation) of a situation without a permit, removal decisions or appeals. In an unfavourable decision or legal emergency, seek suitable support quickly. Do not wait for Marianne to reply before meeting an official deadline.

WhatsApp or the website, to suit your day
Use WhatsApp if it is already on your phone. No Marianne app to install. A session on the metro, revision during a break or the website for working on a larger screen: choose what suits you, with an internet connection.
Upload sensitive documents in your account area on the website. Appointments with a person, when included, are booked in the available time slots.
Satisfied or refunded within 14 days
You have 14 days from your order to request a refund. You do not need to wait for an exam result or an administrative decision.
Use “Cancel the contract here” or email contact@monassistantsejour.fr with your order details. The terms of sale explain the arrangements and your rights. This guarantee does not limit any longer statutory right.

Does a person answer every question?
The Pass uses artificial intelligence. It includes neither a consultation with a lawyer nor an appointment with a person.
Does the Pass prepare my application?
No. It helps you understand information. Document preparation is covered by the Application or Renewal offers.
Must I buy it if I already have a package?
Check your access. Main citizenship and renewal offers already include the Questions module according to the catalogue.
Can I use it for an appeal?
The service does not handle appeals. Suitable legal help is needed.
